Culture and Leisure Business Forum

We held our first 2026 Business Forum on Thursday 12th February at 4pm. This time we were hosted and sponsored by our friends at Brooke’s Mill. We heard from James Bailey, Estate Manager for the mill, which is the UK’s longest established family business and has been pivotal in shaping the town’s success since the 1500s.

The theme of the business forum was be Culture & Leisure, and we were be joined by some of Huddersfield’s best and brightest, such as The Lawrence Batley Theatre, Cultures of Film, The Huddersfield Choral Society, and more.

It was an amazing evening of networking and an opportunity to learn about how Huddersfield’s fantastic offering helps make our town such a great place, as well as how we can get involved with all the exciting projects on the horizon.
