8. St Georges Warehouse

The warehouse is awaiting completion of the TRU activity before redevelopment can begin. Links from the warehouse building area to the station and town centre are already being improved by the TRU related work, and significant investment will then be needed to transform the warehouse itself, ready for retail, business and residential use.
